Dragon Candidates:
Characters who wish to stand for Candidacy must be whole of mind and body and between. Candidates for Crescent must be of at least 15 turns of age to 22 turns of age. The reason for the higher age requirement is due to the fact that the Southern Continent is a harsh environment the most able bodied are needed to populate the Weyr. Some might Impress via stands RARELY at a younger age, but this is not usually the case. Any Candidate above 22 turns (along with many over 20) probably has stood at a Hatching before. Candidates usually don't Stand past 25 turns of age (same as with Western).
Useth's first clutch will not hatch until I have at least 15 PC Candidates (preferably 20). NPC Candidates are always available for adoption, but I will probably make another to replace them if we are still short on Candidates.

Searchables are characters who's player wishes to RP out being Searched. If a character is on this list they are open to a Searchrider approaching them with possible Candidacy.
Most of the same age requirements for Candidates apply to searchables as well. The one stipulation is that over 22 you are no longer searchable.
