There are two ways to add NPCs here. First you need to add a list of your NPCs using the following:
This list should contain characters of rank in the Weyr, adoptable family members, characters that will make frequent appearances in character, and anyone else you intend to play or adopt out. You do not need to put every single family member or person you happen to mention in passing, just whoever you have a particular attachment to.
Post the previous chart in a thread containing your username/nickname (example: soandso's NPCs).
NOW... If you have any adoptables you should (don't have to but should) create a base character sheet for them with the basics filled out. Things like their name, age, family, and rank must be filled out and you should also put a few lines on their history for whoever adopts them to build on. You may fill in more if you'd like, but keep in mind that someone else is adopting them so you should let them create the character as much as possible.
For those of you who would like to adopt an NPC, contact the owner of that NPC and work out the details with them.

[li]Character: Name, rank/job (age)
Family: Name, rank/job (age)- Who controls them
Adoptable?: (yes/no)
Anything Else?: Anything else important you can think of.
