This is honestly more of a placeholder at this point as not very much is known about the "marked" eggs.
Basically Useth's clutch which is currently on the sands is being called "marked" so any dragons that hatch from this clutch will also be referred to as "marked". It is unknown what effects Lirin's actions will have on the dragonets, but as the eggs have been affected it is assumed that the dragons inside will be as well.
