Cierov has a mess of dark brown hair with the ends curling along the collar of his shirt. He has a pair of almond shaped dark brown, near black eyes. On the edge of his right eyebrow is a scar he obtained when he’d been fooling around near a tree by pushing the branch forward and watching it snap back. The branch caught him just inches above his eye and left a pink scar on his brow. His lips are long and thin with a quick smile and dimples to add to his long face. With a slightly pointed chin, he takes after his father’s appearance, but his nose is hawk-like like his mothers. He’s pretty tall for his age and lanky rather than muscled.

Born in Southern Hold as an only child, Cierov grew up with a Harper father and a seamstress mother at high Reaches Hold. He’s an only child in his family and is often spoiled nicely enough. Because of his father’s influence, he grew up thinking much like his father; his paternal guardian was one of the men set in the old ways, that women not meant to go any further than either impressing a Gold or the kitchens. His Harper father trained him in the basics of music, teaching him how to play on the guitar and the pipe.
As a child, he’d never been one to be too curious and preferred to stay close to his parents and learn there instead of running around outside. He was quite the serious child, having little reason to smile at anyone save for his parents and was prone to standing in his spot, quiet as usual. Preened for a Harper life, Cierov had every intention on following his father’s footsteps. He was a careful child, making sure not to get into things he couldn’t get out of, but he was at times rebellious if he felt that the situation was unfair. His father was soon transferred to Crescent Cove Hold and he followed and it wasn’t long before he was searched out and made into a dragon candidate.

- He’s stubborn. He doesn’t quit that easily and tries to finish the things he’s started.
- He thinks before he acts. Cierov doesn’t dive into the fray without first assessing the situation before him.
- Cierov has a pretty even temper, so he’s not one to throw a fit anytime soon.
- He’s not shy in the least, but he’s not one to gab on all day long either.
- He’s a calm person, not prone to panicking so quickly.
- Cierov’s a quick thinker. He doesn’t take all day to get to an answer, and will get an answer to a situation more often than not, but that doesn’t mean it’s always successful.
Faults
- Close-minded. He doesn’t accept new ideas too quickly and prefers the old ways.
- He doesn’t talk as much. He’s not shy, he just not the kind to babble on all day long.
- Cierov’s a pretty serious guy, and doesn’t take jokes too lightly.
- He’s pretty insensitive, though he doesn’t mean to.
- He holds grudges. If anyone hurts him or at least tries, he resents them and tries to make their life miserable.
- He doesn’t forgive easily because of his resentful side. When he does forgive someone, it’s usually strained.
