Music and songs have always been a big part of my characters, which is why I included a "song" section of the character template. This is optional of course but I find that the right song/playlist can be a big help for putting yourself in the right frame of mind for a character so I encourage you to use this section.
Now on the matter of in game songs I will say this. Actual canon Pern songs are always acceptable, but rl songs my also be used on the following conditions.
